Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Manish Lalwani is presently heading the Areion Group. Mr. Manish Lalwani is a distinguished Chartered Accountant with a Master’s Degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed deals of more than USD 5 Billion , with a specific focus on distressed assets and corporate restructuring.

Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain

Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain brings over 30 years of extensive banking experience to his role. He holds an M.A. in Economics. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has a proven track record in the appraisal of Large credits, Loan syndications, Trade finance, Product marketing, Restructuring and Recovery of stressed assets.
Mr. Kamalkishore Jani

Mr K.C. Jani is a qualified Chemical Engineer with decades of experience across various banking sectors. His expertise encompasses Refinance, Project Appraisal, Sourcing and Syndication, Loan Restructuring, Business Development, Centralized and Branch Operations, Retail Banking, Risk Management, Audit, and Transaction Banking.
Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Jain

Mr. D. K. Jain is a professional Banker. His educational qualification is MA (Economics). He has worked in Union Bank of India, a leading nationalized Bank for almost four decades. He has diversified experience of working as Branch Head, Regional Head besides heading different verticals of the Bank like HR, Credit, Recovery etc
